This replacement announcement supersedes the Full Yearly Results Announcement released on 28 February 2023 at 22:08:57 (Announcement Reference No. SG230228OTHRGIEK). As 2 June 2023 is a public holiday, the dividend payment date has been changed from 2 June 2023 to 5 June 2023 (subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company) as set out in Paragraph 5.1(d) of Other Information Required by Appendix 7C of the Catalist Rules section of the Full Yearly Results Announcement (page 18).
There are no other changes in the Full Yearly Results 2022.
