NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Green River Holding Co. Ltd. has scheduled its 2018 annual general meeting of the shareholders on June 12, 2018. In accordance with the Republic of China Company Law, shareholders register of the Company will be closed for the period of 60 days prior to its annual general shareholders meeting. Therefore, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, the period of 60 days prior to June 12, 2018, this is, the period from April 14 to June 12 (both days inclusive) will be the Closed Period.
