PJSC Gazprom was notified that JSC Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie, a company controlled by PJSC Gazprom (the Seller), had successfully completed the sale of 850,590,751 ordinary shares of PJSC Gazprom (the Shares ) on November 22, 2019, via collecting and accepting bids for the purchase of the Shares using the trading platform of PJSC Moscow Exchange (the Placement ).
After the completion of the Placement, the Seller no longer has any shares of PJSC Gazprom.
The sale price was RUB 220.72 per Share. The Shares sold represent 3.59 per cent of PJSC Gazprom s voting shares. Upon the completion of the Placement, the free float of PJSC Gazprom amounts to 49.61 per cent of the share capital.
