The Stock Exchange is aware that Videocon Industries Limited (the Company ) is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process vide order dated 6th June, 2018, passed by Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai and Mr. Anuj Jain (IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00142/2017-18/10306) has been appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional vide the said order to carry out the functions as mentioned under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (the Code ). Subsequently, the Committee of Creditors, which was formed pursuant to the provisions of the Code, appointed Mr. Anuj Jain as Resolution Professional.

In view of the above and in terms of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2018 will be considered and disseminated on Thursday, 14th February, 2019.

Further, as per the Company s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code ), pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from Tuesday, 7th February, 2019 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on Thursday, 14th February, 2019, for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company.
