SG Issuer would like to notify the holders of the Securities regarding the trigger of the Air Bag Mechanism on the date of this broadcast, and the New Observed Price/Level, as follows:

Airbag Trigger Time: 21:35
New Observed Price/Level: USD 152.18
Please note that the leverage factor of the Daily Leverage Certificates is applied to the performance of the Underlying Stock/Index computed from the New Observed Price/Level instead of the last closing price/level after the Observation Period.

The intrinsic close of the Securities will continue to be computed for the date of this broadcast and will be used as reference for calculation of the leverage performance of the DLCs on the following Business Day.
