The Company is pleased to announce that it has received the Consents from the Eligible Holders of 74.43% in aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes, signifying that the Company has received the Requisite Consents. As such, the Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors plan to execute the Supplemental Indenture with the Trustee to give effect to the Proposed Amendments as soon as practicable.
