With further reference to our letter No. Sc-15370 dated January 31, 2017 and in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations), we have to inform you that the Directors have at their Board Meeting held today taken on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results along with Auditor s Report and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report, for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations (attached herewith).
