Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Wipro IT Services UK Societas ( the Company ), a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro Limited, has acquired remaining 51 percent equity stake in Wipro Doha LLC.

Consequent to the acquisition of aforesaid additional equity stake, the Company's holding in Wipro Doha LLC increased from 49 percent to 100 percent.
