Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Lew Fan Jong ("Mr Lew") tendered his resignation as Financial Controller of the Company to take a career break.

After having interviewed Mr Lew and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there is no other material reason for the cessation of Mr Lew as the Financial Controller of the Company.

In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Mr Lew and there are no disagreements between Mr Lew and the Board with regards to practices that would have an impact on the Company's and the Group's financial reporting.

The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr Lew for his past services and contributions to the Group and wishes him well in all his future endeavours.

The Company is in the process of identifying a replacement Financial Controller and will make the necessary announcement when a suitable candidate is found. In the interim period, the duties of the Financial Controller shall be assumed by the Assistant Finance Manager, Mr Law Kar Weng.
