This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at the Registered Office, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record

i) the Un-audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/period ended September 30, 2017;
ii) the Un-audited Financial Results, Standalone and Consolidated, of the Company for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2017

Further in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from February 7, 2018 to February 16, 2018 (both days inclusive).
