a) Annual Report for financial year ended 31 March 2026 ("FY2026");
b) Addendum to the Annual Report 2025/2026 relating to the Proposed Renewal of the Share Buy-Back Mandate dated 8 July 2026 (the "Addendum");
c) Addendum to the Annual Report 2025/2026 relating to the Proposed Adoption of New Constitution dated 8 July 2026 (the "Addendum");
d) Sustainability Report for FY2026; and
e) Notification and Request Form, Notice of AGM and Proxy Form.

In line with SLC's sustainability drive, the Company will not be despatching printed copies of the Annual Report for FY2026 and the Addenda to shareholders. Please refer to the attached Notification and Request Form if you still wish to receive printed copies of the Annual Report for FY2026 and the Addenda for this year.
