The Board of Directors (the "Board") of LionGold Corp Ltd (the "Company") refers to the Company's announcements dated 27 February 2015 and 10 April 2015 in relation to the Company's application for the transfer (the "Proposed Transfer") of its listing from the Main Board of the SGX-ST to the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST (the "Catalist").

The Board wishes to announce that the effective date of the Proposed Transfer will be Friday, 5 June 2015. Trading of the Company's shares on the Catalist will commence at 9:00 a.m. on the same day under the same stock code: A78.

The Company has appointed Stamford Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. ("SCS") to act as its continuing sponsor. SCS appointment as continuing sponsor will take effect upon the effective date of the Company's Proposed Transfer.
