Mr Patrick Arthur Browne has resigned to pursue other opportunities.The Board of Directors has identified a suitable and qualified individual to replace the outgoing CIO. The appointment of the new CIO will be made in due course. In order to help ensure a smooth transition, Mr Browne has agreed to stay until 30 June 2024.

The Board of Directors wishes to take this opportunity to thank Mr Browne for his services to the REIT Manager and Manulife US REIT during his term of office.
