Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): This announcement (the "Amended Announcement") supersedes the announcement released by the Company on 26 December 2025 in relation to the Daily Share Buy-Back Notice (the "Previous Announcement").

The Amended Announcement sets out the corrected information as follows:

(a) The total consideration (including stamp duties, clearing changes etc) paid or payable for the shares should be SGD8,072.57 instead of SGD8,072.24.

(b) The number of issued shares excluding treasury shares after purchase should be 303,505,825 instead of 303,505,925.

(c) The number of treasury shares held after purchase should be 20,611,100 instead of 20,611,000.

Save as disclosed above, all other information contained in the Previous Announcement remains unchanged.

Shareholders are advised to refer to this Amended Announcement in relation to the share buy back transacted on 26 December 2025.
