Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): This is to inform the Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Bank will be held on Wednesday, the 19th July, 2017 at Bengaluru, to inter-alia approve, the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank, for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2017.

In terms of Clause 10(A) of Canara Bank Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealings in shares of the Bank was closed from 09.07.2017 to 21.07.2017 for the Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank and will be reopened on 22.07.2017, on account of Board Meeting to be held on 19.07.2017, inter-alia, to approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the First Quarter ended 30.06.2017.
