We refer to our letter dated October 20, 2020, informing you that Periama Holdings, LLC, incorporated under the laws of Delaware (the Issuer ), one of the wholly owned indirect subsidiaries of JSW Steel Limited (the Company ), had raised U.S.$ 500 million by allotment of fixed rate senior unsecured notes ( Notes ) and where the Notes were guaranteed by the Company. The Issuer is now considering conducting an international offering of U.S. dollar denominated senior notes (the Additional Notes and such issuance, the Issue ), subject to receipt of regulatory approvals. The Additional Notes would be fungible with the Notes and would be guaranteed by the Company.
