Further to the announcements dated 15 July 2022, Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah), acting in its capacity as Guarantor, on behalf of Cerah, wishes to inform that, as of today, Khazanah has completed the redemption of USD3,750,000.00 in principal amount of the Bonds that were outstanding, pursuant to Condition 8.2.2 under Condition 8.2 (Redemption at the option of the Issuer) of the Conditions of the Bonds (the Conditions). Accordingly, there are no more principal amount of the Bonds outstanding as of today.

All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the same meanings given to them in the Conditions.

This notice should be read in conjunction with the Conditions set out in the Offering Circular dated 5 August 2019 relating to the Bonds and the announcements dated 15 July 2022.
