(Collectively, the "Notes")

1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 19 January 2018.

2. The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'ITNLOffn7.5%210118S' and 'ITNLN21' respectively. The ISIN Code is HK0000389657.

The letter 'S' denotes that trading of the Notes is restricted to the persons specified in Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act (the 'SFA').

3. The Notes will be quoted and traded in RMB. The Notes will be in denomination of RMB1,000,000 and integral multiples of RMB10,000 in excess thereof. The Notes will be traded in minimum trading board lot size of RMB500,000 with a minimum of 2 lots per transaction.
