Mr Wu Geng ("Mr Wu") has tendered his resignation as Independent Director of Sasseur Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (the "Company") as part of the Company's ongoing Board renewal process. Following his resignation, Mr Wu will also relinquish his position as a member of Audit and Risk Committee and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee.

The Board would like to express its gratitude towards Mr Wu for his invaluable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.
