Established in 1984, Transview has positioned itself as a premier golf specialist whose aim is to fulfill the aspirations of avid golfers with quality products and value-added services. Itsbusiness strategy is focus on Japanese golf brands - as these are ideally suited to Asian golfers. The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 27 April 1995 under the name of Transview Holdings Pte Ltd. The Company has been dormant since its incorporation and was converted to a public company on 15 August 2000. On 21 August 2000, the Company changed its name to Transview Holdings Limited. The distribution of its major agency lines covers Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and China. Many of our products are best sellers throughout the region and are sold exclusively in its own chain of 12 retail outlets in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong and franchisees in Indonesia and Thailand - all controlled from its regional warehousing and logistics hub in Singapore. The Group holds exclusive distributorships for several Japanese brands of golf equipment and accessories including the top-selling S-Yard, Maruman, ENA and Ryobi brands. Our distributorships for ENA (since 1990), S-Yard (since 1994), Maruman (since 1996) and Ryobi (since 1988) cover Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong. It also obtained a new agency line, namely, Sonartec in 2003. New models of existing product range launched in 2003 include S-Yard T9 BLe woods, S-Yard U101 irons, SYard Acroclass woods, irons and accessories, Maruman Exim woods and irons and ENA Golden Titan. It operates the Pro-Shop and driving range at the Singapore Island Country Club (Bukit Location) and the Pro-Shop at Transview Golf & Country Club, creating opportunities for golfers to test the latest equipment which best suits their individual swing.
