The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 5 March 2004 under the name of China
Paper Holdings Limited.
China Paper is a vertically integrated paper company equipped with in-house
production facilities for the manufacturing of wheat pulp, paper and paper
chemicals. The Group’s core business is in the manufacture and distribution of
mixed-pulp based paper products which are sold to over 320 publishing houses,
printing companies and other paper distributors throughout China.
China Paper’s range of paper products include:
Uncoated printing and writing paper - Used for general printing and writing,
as well as in books and reading materials;
Lightweight packing paper - Used for wrapping/packaging of clothes, clothing
accessories, shoes, as well as fragile objects such as wine bottles; and
Semi-finished toilet paper - Supplied in bales to customers for further
treatment and cutting to produce finished toilet paper.
Newsprint Paper - Used for the printing of newspapers
The Group’s paper chemical products include liquid chlorine and sodium
hydroxide used mainly in the manufacturing of paper products.
China Paper’s niche focus is in manufacturing paper products made from a mixed
blend of wheat pulp and wood pulp. By varying the proportions of wood pulp,
wheat pulp and paper chemicals, China Paper is able to modify the
characteristics of its paper products such as weight, texture and quality, and
customise the products to meet customers’ specific quality needs at the most
competitive prices.
