The Company was converted to the public limited company and changed its name to Far East Group Limited on 25 July 2011. The Group is a comprehensive provider of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems and products in the HVAC&R industry, principally engaged in the sourcing and distribution of a wide range of agency products as well as the manufacturing and distribution of heat exchangers and condensing units under its own brand “Eden”. As part of its value-added services to customers, the Group also provides design and consultancy services in relation to refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, as well as relevant product trainings and after-sales support. The Group’s head office is based in Singapore and it has subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, as well as representative offices in Vietnam and Indonesia.
