The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 9 September 2008 as a private company limited under the name of China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings Pte Ltd. On 6 August 2009, the Company’s name was changed to China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings Ltd. China Gaoxian Fibre Fabric Holdings Ltd is principally engaged in the production and sale of premium differentiated fine polyester yarn and warp knit fabric, which are targeted at the mid to high end markets. The Group’s products are sold under “HuaGang” and “DaHuaWei” brand names to more than 1,500 textile and garment manufacturers in China, who in turn use its products to manufacture apparels, upholstery for automobiles and aeroplanes, sports shoes and headgear, curtains, bedding, bags and umbrellas. A proportion of the polyester yarn is used for its in-house production of warp knit fabric. The Group production facilities, located in Changle City in Fujian Province and Huzhou City in Zhejiang Province, have a combined annual production capacity of 148,500 mt for yarn and 15,000 mt for warp knit fabric as at end of 2008. The Group has a wide customer base of more than 1,500 customers in the PRC comprising mainly textile and garment manufacturers. Of these, on average, approximately 1,000 customers are actively purchasing from the Group in any given year in the last three financial years ended 31 December 2008.
