Following completion of the Merger by way of a Scheme of Arrangement with
Sunningdale Precision Industries Ltd on 16 July 2005, the Group changed its
name to Sunningdale Tech Ltd (formerly Tech Group Asia, which was created
through the merger of Omni Mold and Tech Group Singapore). The Group is a
regional integrated precision plastic component supplier providing mould
manufacturing, injection moulding, spray painting and assembly services, with
operations in Singapore and China. This total service package encompasses
product and mould design, mould manufacturing, advanced moulding capabilities,
postmoulding secondary operations and assembly solutions. It also selectively
offers ODM services. Major customers include American, European and Japanese
OEMs in the computer and computer peripherals, consumer, automotive and
medical/healthcare industries, including Hewlett-Packard, Funai, Sun
Microsystems, Hitachi Global Storage, Iomega and Casio.
