The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 10 December 2007 under the name of Qian Feng Fabric Tech Limited. The Group is principally engaged in the production, dyeing and post-processing treatment of synthetic knitted fabrics. The Group processes fabric products by imparting special functionalities such as water-resistance, fire-resistance, chlorine-resistance, UV-protection, moisture wicking, anti-static, anti-mildew and antibacterial properties, in accordance with its customers’ requirements. Fabrics that the Group produces, processes and treats are used in a wide variety of products such as casual wear, sportswear and accessories, winter apparel, undergarments, wedding dresses, diving and swimwear, outdoor apparel, shoes, luggage and bags, sports and outdoor accessories, car upholstery, massage chairs, baby cots, toys and medical equipment. The Group’s customers are mainly sportswear and sports shoes producers, garment producers as well as fabric trading companies, the majority of whom are located in China. Some of the Group’s products are used by its customers for the production of garments and shoes for well-known international brands such as Adidas, Kappa, Mizuno, Nike and Triumph, as well as brands such as Anta, Erke, 361°, Li-Ning and Septwolves. The Group’s customers’ products are sold mainly in the China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Qian Feng Fabric Tech Limited has changed its name to Asia Fashion Holdings Limited. Trading under the new name with effect from 13 May 2011.
