Company Introduction: Koon Holdings Limited ("KNH") is an investment holding company incorporated in
Singapore with listings on both the ASX and SGX-SESDAQ.

KNH's main operating subsidiary, Koon Construction and Transport Co. Pte Ltd
("Koon Construction"), is one of Singapore's oldest civil engineering
contractors, and is rated A1 by Singapore's Building and Contractors
Authority. KNH, through Koon Construction and wholly owned Entire Engineering
Pte Ltd (land based heavy equipment operator) & Gems Marine Pte Ltd, (maritime
transportation operator), is regarded as one of the largest local Singaporean
land reclamation specialist. KNH acts as the principal local partner in many
land reclamation consortiums, though through 50% of Koon-Zinkcon (the other 50%
is owned by Royal Boskalis Westminister nv), KNH also undertakes a significant
amount of shore protection work. Major projects that have, or are being,
undertaken by the Group include Marina Bay, Tanjung Rhu, Changi and Jurong
Island. KNH is also involved in power generation, water treatment, road, rail
and bridge construction.
