Company Introduction
BACKGROUND
The Company was incorporated on 24 November 2004 in Singapore under the name of
“Scorpio East Holdings Pte. Ltd.”. On 19 December 2005, the Company was
converted to a public company limited by shares and changed its name to
“Scorpio East Holdings Ltd.”.
The Group is principally engaged in the distribution of Chinese language video
entertainment programmes in Singapore, comprising both serial programmes and
single title video programmes covering a wide genre including action, thriller,
horror and adventure. The Group is also engaged in the replication of video,
co-investment in content production, provision of services as a film producer
and acquisition and assignment of distribution rights.
