Company Introduction: Corporate Profile

The Group’s history can be traced back to April 2008 when the financial
services business division of Aspial Group was set up through the incorporation
of the Company. Upon receiving the relevant pawnbroker’s licence from the
Registry of Pawnbrokers, the Group started its first pawnshop under Maxi-Cash
North Pte Ltd in Ang Mo Kio Central with the financial support from Aspial
Group in February 2009. In August 2009, the Group opened the first pawnshop in
Orchard Road. The Group added nine (9) more pawnshops throughout the year. In
2010, the Group further expanded by setting up another six (6) pawnshops.

Complementing the Group’s pawnbroking business is the retail and trading of
pre-owned jewellery and watches business, carried on through Maxi-Cash
Jewellery Pte Ltd and Maxi-Cash Jewellery Group Pte Ltd, which commenced
operations together with the Group’s pawnbroking business in February 2009.

As at 16 May 2012, the Group has pawnshops and retail outlets in 24 strategic
locations in Singapore further cementing the Group’s leadership position in the
pawnbroking industry, supported with a staff strength of approximately 165
personnel.

The Group offers financial services in the form of pawnbroking and the retail
and trading of pre-owned jewellery and watches through pawnshops and retail
outlets in 24 locations as at 16 May 2012 in Singapore. The Group’s business is
carried out by three (3) wholly-owned subsidiaries:

· Maxi-Cash Group which owns 12 subsidiaries that in turn operate the pawnshops;

· Maxi-Cash Jewellery which carries out the retail and trading of pre-owned
jewellery and watches; and

· Maxi-Cash Jewellery Group, which manages the inventory of pre-owned jewellery
and watches and carries out the trading of pre-owned jewellery and watches.

The Group provides pawnbroking services to consumers in a modern, professional
and customer-centric service to meet their financial needs. The Group provides
customers with "bank-like" pawning experiences where trust, transparency and
reliability are the basic hallmarks of the Group’s services.
