Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce as follows:

(1) Release by PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE")

BSDE, a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released the Disclosure of Material Information or Facts of BSDE relating to the launch of tender offer to repurchase up to all of outstanding U.S. dollar senior notes due 2023 through Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd. ("GPC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSDE ("BSDE Disclosure").

A copy of the BSDE Disclosure in Bahasa Indonesia and the unofficial English translation is attached.

(2) Announcement by GPC

GPC has released an announcement on offer to purchase for cash up to the acceptance amount in respect of its outstanding US$270,000,000 5.50% notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS1498440079) as per attached.
