The Board of Directors of Lorenzo International Limited (the Company and together with its subsidiaries, the Group) wishes to announce that the Company has received a notification of delisting from Singapore Exchange Regulation Pte Ltd ("SGX Regco") on 10 February 2023.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 1304(1), the Company must submit a proposal to the Exchange with a view to resuming trading by 13 December 2019, being 12 months from the date of suspension, failing which the Exchange may delist the Company.

At the date of this notification, the Company had not submitted any trading resumption proposal nor any application for an extension of time to meet the requirements under Listing Rule 1304(1). Having regard to the foregoing, SGX Regco wishes to inform the Company that it will be delisted pursuant to Listing Rule 1304(1).

The Company or its controlling shareholder(s) are required to provide a fair and reasonable exit offer to the Company's shareholders to SGX Regco no later than one month from the date of the notification.
