HRnetGroup Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcement released on 22 February 2019 in relation to the presentation slides for the Company's unaudited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2018. As there were inadvertent typographical errors in slide 7 (Earnings per share - Basic and Diluted ratios) of the original deck, we therefore attach an updated version. There were no other changes made to the contents of the initial announcement.
The Company attaches however an expanded presentation deck which includes additional content relating to the company's profile, history and stakeholder engagement activities.

The admission and listing of the Company on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "Listing") was sponsored by Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch. Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited, Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch, DBS Bank Ltd. and Nomura Singapore Limited were the joint bookrunners and underwriters for the Listing.
