Trikomsel Pte. Ltd. (In Compulsory Liquidation) (the Issuer) refers to its announcement made on 28 July 2017 on the Winding up of Trikomsel Pte. Ltd. (In compulsory liquidation) and Trikomsel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (In compulsory liquidation).

The appointed liquidators of the Issuer, Luke Anthony Furler and Cameron Lindsay Duncan (the Liquidators), both care of KordaMentha Pte Ltd, are arranging an informal meeting with the holders of the Notes (the Noteholders) for the purposes of updating the Noteholders on the status of the liquidation (Informal Meeting).
