UOL Group Limited ( the "Company") refers to its announcement dated 28 October 2021, in relation to the acceptance of the tender submitted by the Company's indirect subsidiary, United Venture Development (Watten) Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as United Venture Development (No. 4) Pte. Ltd.) ("UVD(Watten)"), for the en-bloc purchase of the freehold property comprised in Lot 4813L of Mukim 17 and which is also the development known as "Watten Estate Condominium" at 36-44 Shelford Road Singapore (the "Development") by the members of the Sale Committee acting on behalf of the consenting subsidiary proprietors of the units of the Development.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has been informed by the solicitors acting for the consenting subsidiary proprietors of the units of the Development that the Strata Titles Board has issued an order of sale on 21 January 2022.
