Reference is made to the tender offer memorandum issued on 9 December 2014 (the "Tender Offer Memorandum" ) issued by Wistron Corporation ("Wistron", or the "Company" ). Wistron is hereby extending the Tender Offer Period of the Tender Offer. The Expiration Time will now be extended by two Business Days to 11:00pm (Singapore time) on 19 December 2014. The Results Announcement Date is therefore also extended to 22 December 2014 while the Settlement Date is extended to 23 December 2014.
