We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company on November 1, 2023, have approved allotment of 52,500 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ( NCDs ) aggregating to Rs. 525 crores, on private placement basis, on terms and conditions as mentioned in the Placement Memorandum dated October 27, 2023.

The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 8.19% p.a., payable quarterly and will be listed on the debt market segment of National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
