Happily, there was a number of qualified VPs from amongst whom to choose. The process also entailed hearing the candidates' opinions and integrating them into the selection process. Thus, the selection reached is actually one of a broad consensus. The Board has complete confidence in Mr. Engelhard, and the Board will support him to the utmost to ensure continuity, stability and long-term growth,

He joined the Company in 2007 and has held multiple senior management positions across global business development, sales, operations and strategic initiatives.
