The Board of Directors of Miyoshi Limited (the Company, together with its subsidiaries, the Group) wishes to announce that Cerise Group Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been struck off the British Virgin Islands Government Register.

The striking off of Cerise Group Limited is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 August 2017.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking off of Cerise Group Limited.
