Pursuant to a consent solicitation by Protelindo Finance B.V. for bondholders to consent to the amendment of certain terms of the Bonds and the trust deed, agency agreement and guarantee agreement (the "Consent Solicitation"), in a meeting of bondholders held at 10.00 am (Singapore time) on July 22, 2016, persons holding proxies representing 93.33% of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds voted in favour of the extraordinary resolutions as more fully described in the notice of meeting dated June 30, 2016, and consented to the amendments with respect to certain terms of the Bonds and the trust deed, agency agreement and guarantee agreement. The terms and conditions of the Consent Solicitation were
set out in a consent solicitation statement dated June 30, 2016. Bonds for which valid Electronic Instructions (as defined in the consent solicitation statement) were delivered will be unblocked in the relevant Clearing System as of the date of this notice. Settlement is expected to occur on July 29, 2016.
