New Name of CompanyThe name of Elite Commercial REIT and Elite Commercial REIT Management Pte. Ltd. will be changed to "Elite UK REIT" and "Elite UK REIT Management Pte. Ltd." respectively, with effect from 16 May 2024.
Additional TextWith effect from 9.00 a.m. on 16 May 2024, the Issuer's new security name and counter name shall be reflected as "ELITE UK REIT" and "EliteUKREIT GBP" respectively. The trading code of MXNU will remain unchanged.
