The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (the "Company") refers to the Company's announcement of 21 June 2022 regarding the releases by (1) PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE"), a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and (2) Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd. ("GPC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSDE, on the tender offer to repurchase up to all of outstanding U.S. dollar senior notes due 2023 ("Tender Offer") through GPC (the "Previous Announcement").

Further to the Previous Announcement, the Company wishes to announce as follows:

(i) BSDE has released a "Disclosure of Material Information or Facts of BSDE" on the results of the Tender Offer and termination of the Tender Offer (the "BSDE Disclosure"); a copy of the BSDE Disclosure in Bahasa Indonesia and its unofficial English translation is attached.

(ii) GPC has released an announcement on the Results of its Tender Offer, as per attached.
