On 10 November 2016 PJSC Gazprom placed Series 39 of loan participation notes in the aggregate amount of EURO 1 billion.
Loan participation notes with an annual coupon of 3,125% are due 17 November 2023. Bank of China Limited London Branch, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, UniCredit Bank AG, Bank GPB International S.A. acted as bookrunners and joint lead managers with respect to the notes.
