UOL Group Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcement dated 9 February 2023, in relation to the acceptance of the tender for the en-bloc purchase of the Development submitted by the Company's indirect subsidiary, United Venture Development (Meyer) Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as United Venture Development (No. 6) Pte. Ltd.) ("UVD(Meyer)"), by the members of the Sale Committee acting on behalf of the consenting subsidiary proprietors of the units within the Development.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has been informed today by the solicitors acting for the consenting subsidiary proprietors of the units within the Development that the Strata Titles Board has issued an order of sale on 30 June 2023.
