Up to 22 August 2019, the Company made repurchases of the 7.95% senior notes in an aggregate principal amount of US$350,000,000 due 2021 (ISIN: XS1775946285, common code: 177594628) (the "March 2018 Notes") through privately negotiated transactions. The total cumulative principal amount of the March 2018 Notes repurchased was US$15,000,000, representing approximately 4.29% of the original issue size of the March 2018 Notes.

On 30 August 2019, cancellation of the repurchased March 2018 Notes was completed by the Company. The initial outstanding amount of the March 2018 Notes before the repurchase was US$350,000,000. After cancellation of the above repurchased March 2018 Notes, the principal amount of the March 2018 Notes that remains outstanding is US$335,000,000.
