Announcement of the repurchase and cancellation of the A$300m 3.70 percent Fixed Rate Notes due 2031 (Regulation S Note ISIN AU3CB0278711) issued by Lendlease Finance Limited. As of 18 December 2025, the Offeror completed the partial repurchase and cancellation of the Notes in aggregate principal amount of A$29,020,000 (the Repurchased Notes) representing approximately 9.67% of the total principal amount outstanding of the Notes. After cancellation of the Repurchased Notes, the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes is A$270,980,000.
