Notwithstanding the fact that the global outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic has caused delay in obtaining necessary approval for the repatriation of proceeds from the Group's assets disposal and in the repatriation process, the Group has completed key steps in obtaining such proceeds which have been earmarked for the partial redemption of the Notes that is required to be made on 31 December 2020 and currently anticipates the payment to be made on or prior to 28 February 2021.
