Trikomsel Pte. Ltd. (In Compulsory Liquidation) ( the Issuer ) refers to its informal meeting with the holders of the Notes ( the Noteholders ) on 29 November 2017 on third party legal funding.

The appointed liquidators of the Issuer, Luke Anthony Furler and Cameron Lindsay Duncan ( the Liquidators ), both care of KordaMentha Pte Ltd, are seeking court approval for the third party funding agreement ( Court Hearing ).
