The Directors wish to announce that the Company will no longer be relying on the General Mandate and will instead be seeking specific approval from shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") for the allotment and issuance of the Placement Shares at the Placement Price at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be convened.

Please refer to the attached Circular seeking Shareholders' approval at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held by way of electronic means on 24 June 2021 at 11.00 a.m. (or immediately after the conclusion of the AGM to be held at 10.00 a.m. on the same day).
