In August 2014, the Company realized contract signing sales area of 244,500 square meters, increasing 23.09% compared to the same period of the previous year; realized contract signing sales amount of RMB 3.948 billion Yuan, increasing 14.32% compared to the same period of the previous year. From January to August, the Company realized contract signing sales area of 1,592,900 square meters accumulatively, decreasing 8.62% compared to the same period of the previous year; realized contract signing sales amount of RMB 23.88 billion Yuan, decreasing 11.97% compared to the same period of the previous year.
