The issuer will redeem the Optional Redemption Amount (Call) on the Optional Redemption Date (Call), that will be 2 April 2020, and the relevant record date is 1 April 2020. Upon payment of the Optional Redemption Amount (Call) on the Optional Redemption Date (Call), U.S.$30,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes will be cancelled and the total aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes will be U.S.$420,000,000.
