The Offer was made pursuant to an Offer to Purchase Memorandum, dated May 6, 2026 (the Offer to Purchase Memorandum ), which is available on the transaction website (the Transaction Website ) at https://projects.sodali.com/golomt. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Offer to Purchase Memorandum.
